Kristy+Taryn+me = the 3-some

Yesterday, as I was on my way to the last Cross Cultural Training class, my mom got a call from my dad on her cell. He said that Mark, my dad's friend, had dis located his shoulder while mtn biking with my dad and going over a see-saw that was on the trail. Since Mark is single and he can't move a lot, he's staying with us until he gets better, so luckily, I'm going to Brazil soon, so he can have my bedroom. Right now he's sleeping on the couch 'cus it hurts for him to lie down. I hope he gets/feels better soon, for his sake.

Today Taryn, Kristy, and I had fun paintung wooden planks on the walls of the 400 building at Northland (the children's church building). It was pretty fun. Then we went to the mall, I got my cowboy hat, yay! I love cowboy/girl hats! they look so good on ppl! Like kenny chesney (spelling is wrong I'm pretty sure) was wearing one today on the country music award things, cowboy hats are awesome, his was black, very cool. Mine's white, but it's still cool. Afterwards, I hung out with Alex (parker) a lil bit, it was fun, he's almost done painting his lawn mower. I pigged out on his animal crackers. I got shoelaces at the mall today, they're black with fuschia stars, they look awesome with my navy blue chuck taylors, yay for new shoes!
