I want to be a debutante

^and go to a debutante ball^

Warren came over today to mow the lawn, my lawn broke his mower; it's all 'cus my lawn was mad at him 'cus he said I wasn't graceful. I like to think of myself as someone who, if I wanted to be, could be graceful; become a southern bell in a single moment or something if I need to. I love all those weird manners rules, like no gum chewing except in the privacy of your own bedroom if you must, no white after labor day kinda thing, and knowing the difference between an olive fork and a salad fork.
So today I asked him why he said that, and he said, "because you're like me-not graceful."

Graceful: displaying grace in form or action : pleasing or attractive in line, proportion, or movement; ease and suppleness of movement or bearing
