I *heart* the Master's Commison Kids

Ok, so I'm back in Florida, and not too happy about it either. I wish I could have stayed in Canada with the kids (haha, sounds like I'm a parent). Matt, Cheryl, and Louise picked me up form the airport; it was really quiet 'cus I was dead and couldn't hear right (the air pressure and altitude thing messed them up). I stayed at Cheryl's house, but I hung out at the church most of the time because the kids intern with the church as a credit for school and the Easter drama took all their time that week. I met lots of their friends (Sarah, Dave, Jesse, Ben, Bill, etc.). Mr. Miller and Mrs. Morgan gave me Easter Bunnies, yay for adults who treat you like their kid (they're awesome).
Most of the time, at night, after being at church, Cheryl and I went to Matt Morgan's house (her boyfriend). They're fun to hang out with, but they always watched the Simpsons, ugh. I don't like TV in general, so it kind of annoyed me when they watched TV everynight, oh well.
I went to their middleschool and highschool youthgroups, they were fun. Cheryl sings in the highscool group's band:). Matt, Dave, Jason, and Andrew are more involved in the middle school group (called ToeJam). Skip, the youthpastor called up on stage at ToeJam to ask me if I had ever seen snow before and if it ever snowed in Florida.
The night before Easter (Easter Eve?), Francisco was driving Sarah, Cheryl and
I, and some other girl home, and he totally ran over a bunny! He killed the
Easter bunny!
Cheryl and I walked to the church most mornings, but we almost always got a ride back home (or to Matt's). I spent Easter Sunday helping to hold up a shadow box for the Easter drama at their church (central gospel temple). It's a really nice church, and it's REALLY big for Canada. Then I went over to the Master's house to hang out with Louise (Dave, Ron+Emily, and Jason too) and watch movies. We ended cleaning the house for some kids who were coming on Monday to spend a week at the house for a class they were taking in town. My Easter dinner consisted of Louise's Chili and left over pizza (a but of popcorn too). It was one of my favorite Easter's though, haha.
I was supposed to go home Saturday, but on Friday I called my mom and asked her to switch my flight to Monday. She did change it (YAY), and I only had to pay $50 to change it. When I went to the kids' school to say goodbye on Monday morning, Louise got up and gave me this huge hug that almost knocked me off my feet, haha (it was probly my fave hug that whole week). Then the rest of the "Brazil" kids got up and hugged; I had to leave kinda quickly though, since they were in the middle of a [college] class:-(.
I hope they come down to see me sometime.
