- Who am I without my memories? (think if alzheimers)
- Who am I without my actions?
- Who am I without people who know me?
- Am I just a spirit?
- Am I a hollow person?
- Am I a nobody?
- What are we as a people without memories, actions, and friends?
- How else do people get to know us? Remember us? Love us?
I've been pondering lately not who I am, but makes me what I am.
God is the only thing that I can think of that's absolutely true- no matter if I was born in Egypt in the 15th century or London a few years ago.
Oh, and a new thought: I AM POWERLESS:-). It's really a nice feeling to know that. God is in control. It's crazy how long it's taken me to even start to wrap my head around that simple phrase. That's the crazy thing about words, they're so easily said but so hard to do.
