Carolyn's and Lauren's birthday party went well at the Moyer's tonight.
I gave Carolyn Edward the Emu, and Lauren Swimmy; they're childrens' books. I think they'll like them. I hope they do; I just wrote a note inside the front page and put them in their bags (at the Moyer's, everyone just leaves their bags, keys, purses, etc. at the door/entry way).
I found some pics on my camera tonight. I'm posting two of them. One is of the kinda deformed, but very yummy, cupcakes we made for Shope's going away party (he's coming on Monday! I'm so excited! We're gonna have a picnic to celebrate! ...But then, that night, he's going back to Trinity...).
The second one is of Taryn sleeping with Shope's jacket (awww). He gave her his jacket the day he left. She takes it to school everyday. Sometimes she'll let me borrow it for a class period or two.
