I applied to Asbury College (KY) and Hope College (MI) today. Should hear back from both pretty soon. The guy from Hope was amazingly nice -we talked for almost half an hour, half of it just fun stuff, nothing to do with actual school, haha.
Prob: Hope is in MICHIGAN, I will freeze. Also, unless I let Hope know that I want to come before May 1, they won't guarantee my a place (IF I get in). The conflict comes in when Furman says they'll call me "in May" whether I'm in or not -"in may" can be anywhere from May 1 to May 31. AND Furman won't return my e-mail, those [for lack of a better word] butt-munches.
Asbury I just need to know financial aid on, 'cus I'm sure I will get in, but I don't know if I really wanna go there. Furman is still my top choice, but who knows if I will even get accepted, let alone get tuition exchange. Then Hope said they accepted too many students and gave them too much aid, so depending on whether those kids who all the financial aid accept Hope's invite, I may or may not get any financial aid from Hope.
Meh, Meh, Meh. I have an AP Econ test tomorrow and an AP Amer History test tomorrow, gag me with a spoon....
