Mom might have ovarian cancer. She's going to the doctor tomorrow. Dad's freaked-out.
If it is cancer, her life is measured in months, not years. Don't think it will be cancer 'cus same enlarging of ovaries happened to her twin sis 10 years ago and it was nothing.
