'round here, things are Different

A lot has happened in the past week or so.
We had to write, for hw in English, a one page essay every night. It was on the current AR book we were reading and the topic was one of the 30 questions she gave (we had a choice of what question). These AR Journals were mandated by the Dean (Mr. Casillo) for all sophmores and freshmen at Lyman. By the end of the first semesters, teachers were getting tired of grading them, so they complained. The Dean took back his mandate.
But Ms. Brittain still made us write them. It didn't matter to her, she didn't read them anyways (we found that 'cus kids kept turning in the same one over and over again). I only turned the same one in twice (out of 70), which isn't bad compared to most who did it about 20 times (though it's still just as much of a sin). So our last AR Journal due was last Wednesday (#70).
Some stupid kid named Nick Rollins was bragging in front of another teacher about how he barely ever wrote any AR Journals, so that teacher told Brittain. Brittain has now sent over 87 kids to discipline for referrals 'cus they cheated [off them selves].
She didn't catch me the 1st time around (hopefully never will). She went through everyone's AR files because we're supposed to keep all of our ARs in the back of the classroom in our folders. I hope she doesn't. If she does, on top of writing a paper on Integrity and Trust, I'd have to take the exam (meaning an extra day of school), write an apology letter to her and my parents (she makes us write them to our parentals), get a referral, possibly get a detention, have it go on my permanent record that I cheated, have her call my mom to tell her I cheated (my mom knows and couldn't care less), AND get yelled at by her.
I thought I was safe until today at school. Someone told me that an anonymous person snitched and told Brittain that she hadn't caught everyone who cheated...GRRR! What kind of a brat would do that?! WHO?!
-But I don't know if she caught me, she might not have. She went through everyone's files who hadn't been convicted the 1st time around. I'll find out tomorrow if I was caught.
